The Switch To DTV

Well as you may know the switch from Analog TV to DTV (Digital Television) is coming on 2/17/2009. The way to tell if you're going to lose your TV signal is if you have a roof mounted antenna or bunny ears; you will just get static on your set when that day comes. If you use a TV Service Provider such as Dish Network® or Your local digital cable provider you are not affected, so you don't have to worry about this. For those that are affected, you will need to get a Digital TV. But if you can't afford one you can purchase a DTV to analog converter box that will cost around $50. The government is providing a coupon for this DTV to analog converter box. So that essentially is what is going to happen on 2/17/2009 at 12:00 AM.
